Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for cloud and network security solutions
- Respond to and resolve customer issues via tickets, email, or calls
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues as necessary
- Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in cloud and cybersecurity
Job Requirements
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in technical support, preferably in cloud or network security
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals
• Familiarity with basic cloud concepts, security tools, and ticketing systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, customer-centric mindset with a desire to learn
Preferred Qualifications
• BE/BTech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge
• Prior experience supporting global customers
