Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage Google SCOPs environments for global clients
- Respond to security alerts and incidents effectively
- Collaborate with clients, delivering clear communication on findings and resolutions
- Ensure high standards in service delivery within MSSP frameworks
- Support continuous improvements in cybersecurity operations
Job Requirements
• Prior experience working in a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP)
• Strong expertise in Google SCOPs platform
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be an immediate joiner or available within 15 days
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications in Google Cloud, cybersecurity, or incident response
• Experience in multi-client environments
• Knowledge of SIEM/SOAR integrations
