Job Description
Securitas India is hiring a skilled Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Analyst for one of our esteemed clients. As a GSOC Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of our people, property, and reputation globally. You will work within a dynamic environment, leveraging cutting-edge tools to detect, analyze, and respond to incidents effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor various screens in a GSOC environment.
- Utilize tools such as access control, alarm monitoring systems, business intelligence sources, and open-source media.
- Detect and alert potential risks impacting people, property, or reputation.
- Investigate alarms, review CCTV footage, and handle global calls from employees, contractors, law enforcement, and customers.
- Manage crisis situations, incident management technology, and maintain incident documentation.
- Conduct travel safety monitoring and provide backup support as needed.
- Execute special projects and maintain updated communication distribution lists.
Job Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in a corporate security environment.
• Strong customer service abilities and attention to detail.
• Agility to learn new software and systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, curious, and knowledgeable about current events.
• Ability to work flexible shifts within a 24/7 GSOC environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Previous SOC or dispatching experience.
• Experience with online translation tools and international customer interaction.
