Endpoint Security Engineer – Kochi – 4 to 8 Years Experience
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Security Engineer to join our growing cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and monitoring security technologies and policies to protect organizational assets and respond to incidents.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage endpoint and network security policies (EDR, NDR, DLP, WAF, email security)
- Monitor cybersecurity events and respond to incidents
- Conduct threat detection and analysis using SIEM tools
- Develop and maintain security documentation and procedures
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to enforce compliance and best practices
Job Requirements
• 4–8 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity roles
• Strong knowledge of endpoint and network security tools (NDR, EDR, WAF, DLP)
• Experience in email security and data loss prevention technologies
• Proficient in SIEM data querying and threat analysis
• Solid understanding of incident response and threat lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications
• Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISSP, GCIH, or similar
• Experience with policy writing and compliance frameworks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
