Job Description

Zelis is seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. As an Endpoint Management Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining endpoint management solutions to ensure the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing endpoint management solutions for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Managing endpoint security configurations and policies to protect against cybersecurity threats.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting endpoint issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices for endpoint management and security.
Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in endpoint management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Jamf, or SCCM.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Certified Jamf Administrator.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation tasks.
• Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
