Deputy Manager – Red Teaming – Mumbai – 3 to 8 Years Experience
Job Description
Security Lit is looking for a skilled Red Teaming professional to join our security team as a Deputy Manager. If you have expertise in ethical hacking, penetration testing, and security assessments, this is a great opportunity to work on cutting-edge cybersecurity projects.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Red Teaming exercises, simulating real-world cyber threats.
- Perform Web Application Security Testing, Infrastructure Security Assessments, and Penetration Testing.
- Develop detailed security reports with findings and recommendations.
- Work with security solutions such as firewalls, DDOS protection, IPS, AD, WAF, and other security controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the security posture of the organization.
- Define and refine Red Team assessment programs.
- Work with external vendors for independent Red Teaming assessments.
- Monitor and report security risks, ensuring timely escalation of critical issues.
Job Requirements
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Application Security & Red Teaming.
• Strong knowledge of attack tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) used by adversaries.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and OWASP frameworks.
• Experience in bypassing security controls and evading detection mechanisms.
• Excellent communication and email drafting skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for cybersecurity.
Preferred Qualifications
• CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
• Certified Expert Penetration Tester (CEPT)
• Certified Cloud Penetration Tester (CCPT)
• Other relevant Red Teaming or Information Security certifications.
