Data Privacy Professional – Noida – 5 to 8 Years Experience
Job Description
HCL Technologies is seeking Data Privacy Professionals to join our dynamic team in Noida. This is a technofunctional role where you will leverage your expertise in GDPR, CCPA, and privacy compliance tools to support and integrate data privacy solutions. Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other global data privacy regulations.
- Integrate privacy solutions with various systems to streamline processes.
- Administer and support consent management, cookie compliance, and Data Subject Rights (DSR) requests.
- Perform Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) and ensure all privacy-related activities are compliant with regulations.
- Provide guidance on privacy best practices and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure privacy policies and practices are consistently followed.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Data Privacy domain with a strong understanding of GDPR and CCPA requirements.
• Certifications such as OneTrust Privacy Professional, Securiti.ai Professional, CIPP/E, or similar are preferred.
• Experience in privacy tools such as consent management, cookie compliance, DSR, and DPIA administration.
• Strong communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Availability to join immediately or within 20 days.
• Hybrid working model – apply only if you're willing to come to the office as required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in privacy integration with IT systems.
• Familiarity with global data privacy laws and industry best practices.
