Job Description
We are hiring a Data Privacy Professional for our Mumbai location! Responsibilities:
- Privacy Program Management: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive privacy programs that align with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with the Indian Data Protection Act, GDPR, and other applicable privacy laws and regulations.
- Policy Development: Create and update privacy policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure best practices in data protection.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct ROPA, DPIA, LIA, risk assessments, and impact analyses to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of experience in data privacy and risk assessment
• Familiarity with GDPR, Indian Data Protection Act, and other relevant privacy laws
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills with experience in privacy program management
• Ability to create, update, and maintain privacy policies and risk assessments
• Knowledge of data protection best practices and regulatory requirements
