Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity OT Expert to join our dynamic consulting team. This role focuses on securing Operational Technology (OT) environments across various industries. The expert will ensure compliance with international cybersecurity standards such as IEC 62443, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to assess, design, and implement robust OT security strategies to protect critical infrastructure and industrial control systems (ICS).

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, design, and implement OT security strategies for critical infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards (IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, etc.).
  • Collaborate with clients to enhance ICS/SCADA security measures.
  • Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Stay updated on regulatory requirements like NIS2, Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), EU AI Act.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including engineers, IT, and compliance teams.
  • Provide technical consulting and stakeholder training on OT security.
Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in OT security, ICS/SCADA, or critical infrastructure protection.
• Strong knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, ISO 27001, NERC CIP, or similar standards.
• Experience in IT/OT cybersecurity architectures and technologies.
• Ability to self-organize, prioritize tasks, and work in global teams.
• Excellent communication, policy development, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, GIAC GCIP, GIAC GICSP, GIAC GPEN, GIAC GCFA, CySa+.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a strategic approach to cybersecurity challenges.
• Fluency in English (written, verbal, and presentation skills).
