Cybersecurity Manager – Hybrid – 6 to 11 Years Experience

Mjolnir Security India is urgently hiring a Cybersecurity Manager to lead our expert team of security professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity to take charge of critical security operations, guide a high-performing team, and help shape the future of our organization’s cyber defense capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee SOC operations, threat analysis, and incident response procedures
- Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and risk mitigation strategies
- Lead a team of security analysts across L1, L2, and L3 tiers
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders on security posture and compliance
- Evaluate emerging threats and proactively plan security enhancements
- Ensure security awareness training and development programs are up to date
Job Requirements
• Proven experience in leading cybersecurity teams or projects
• In-depth knowledge of SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management
• Strong understanding of frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and MITRE ATT&CK
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage incidents, audits, and security assessments
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related field
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable
• Experience in SOC environments or managed security services is a plus
