Futurism Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive Cyber Security Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pune. The successful candidate will play a critical role in learning and mastering cybersecurity processes. This position is focused on monitoring, reporting, and escalating security events to our SOC Analysts for further investigation.
Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitor network activity for potential security threats.
- Generate accurate reports on security events and incidents.
- Escalate security issues to SOC Analysts as required.
- Collaborate with team members to improve security processes and protocols.
- Assist in implementing security best practices across the organization.
Job Requirements
• 2 to 4 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field.
• Proficiency in monitoring tools and security frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of network security, threat assessment, and incident escalation processes.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with SIEM tools and cybersecurity best practices.
