Job Description
We are looking for a Cyber Security Awareness Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract with the possibility of an extension. This is a fully remote role for candidates based in the EU.
The ideal candidate will have experience conducting cybersecurity training, simulations, and awareness programs for IT and business teams.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct tabletop training exercises and simulations for IT and business teams.
- Observe and analyze simulation results to identify gaps and improvements.
- Prepare detailed reports on training outcomes and provide actionable insights.
- Deliver engaging presentations on cybersecurity awareness across the business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the organization’s security culture.
Job Requirements
• Experience in cybersecurity awareness training and incident response simulations.
• Strong ability to analyze and assess security simulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in cybersecurity consulting or security training roles.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance regulations.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Security+ are a plus.
