Job Description
eSec Forte® Technologies is urgently hiring an experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) to serve as the trusted advisor and strategic point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will drive customer satisfaction, ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery, and promote client retention and expansion within cybersecurity services.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary post-sales contact for assigned customers
- Ensure seamless onboarding and service transition
- Understand customer business goals, pain points, and cybersecurity landscape
- Manage the entire customer lifecycle: adoption, value realization, renewal, and expansion
- Coordinate across presales, delivery, support, product, and account teams
- Monitor SLAs and ensure NOC/SOC operations meet contractual and regulatory standards
- Achieve a renewal rate of 95%+ by managing timely renewals of contracts and subscriptions
- Stay updated with industry trends, threats, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, RBI, etc.)
Job Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success, client management, or account handling
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and service delivery models
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize competing tasks
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with NOC/SOC service delivery environments
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, GDPR, and RBI guidelines
• Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting dashboards
