Job Description
We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Country Sales Manager to lead and drive the cybersecurity and managed services sales strategy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading system integrator and make a significant impact on the company’s regional presence and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the country-level sales function and drive revenue targets
- Manage key client relationships and develop new business opportunities
- Create and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the cybersecurity and managed services domain
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, pre-sales, and delivery
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics
- Handle large enterprise accounts and complex deal cycles
- Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers across industries
Job Requirements
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the IT industry
• At least 3 years of recent experience in IT sales within KSA (preferred)
• Proven success in managing large accounts and closing significant opportunities
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in English; Arabic speakers preferred
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Willingness to relocate or travel as required
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong understanding of the cybersecurity, managed services, and systems integration space
• Familiarity with KSA/GCC business and compliance landscapes
• Existing network of enterprise-level contacts in the region
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
