Cloud Consulting Services Inc. is looking for an experienced Cloud Security Analyst to join our direct client, State of Texas. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in cloud security, risk assessment, and compliance.
📌 Note: Candidates must be local to the Austin area; relocation is not allowed.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage cloud security frameworks to protect enterprise systems.
- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability management, and security audits in cloud environments.
- Monitor and respond to cloud security incidents to mitigate risks effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cloud security compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and enforce cloud security policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to enhance security posture.
Job Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in cloud security, risk assessment, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of cloud security frameworks, IAM, and network security.
• Hands-on experience with cloud security tools, SIEM, and intrusion detection systems.
• Expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud security.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, AWS Security Specialty, or Azure Security Engineer.
• Experience in government or enterprise-level cloud security projects.
• Knowledge of compliance standards like NIST, HIPAA, and FedRAMP.
