Zelis is seeking a skilled Cloud Financial Operations Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad. As a Cloud Financial Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the financial aspects of our cloud infrastructure, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and managing cost optimization strategies for cloud resources.
  • Analyzing cloud usage and expenditure to identify opportunities for savings.
  • Collaborating with finance and engineering teams to forecast and budget for cloud expenses.
  • Developing and maintaining financial reporting and monitoring tools for cloud services.
Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud financial management or a similar role.
• Deep understanding of cloud pricing models and cost management tools (e.g., AWS Cost Explorer, Azure Cost Management).
• Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud billing APIs and automation tools for cost tracking and optimization.
• Knowledge of cloud governance best practices and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with IT financial management frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT).
