Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) – Qatar – 6 to 12 Years Experience
Job Description
ATG – The Human Intelligence is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead the company’s cybersecurity efforts at an executive level. As a CISO, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and management of the company’s information security programs. This includes developing and enforcing policies and procedures to protect the company’s digital assets, data, and infrastructure from cyber threats. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with global security standards while managing a dedicated security team to maintain the highest level of security and data protection.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall information security strategy
- Oversee the organization’s cybersecurity risk management program
- Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals
- Ensure compliance with international security regulations and best practices
- Drive incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
- Report to senior management on security posture and incidents
- Evaluate and implement new security technologies and innovations
- Cultivate a culture of cybersecurity awareness across the organization
Job Requirements
• Proven experience as a CISO or similar leadership role in information security
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• In-depth knowledge of security technologies, threat intelligence, and data protection
• Ability to manage large-scale security operations and initiatives
• Understanding of cloud security and hybrid environments
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
• Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
