Job Description
Sattrix is seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development & Sales Expert to lead our IT security product and service offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity sales, business development, and customer relationship management, ensuring business growth and long-term client success.
Responsibilities:
- New Business Acquisition: Identify, engage, and onboard new clients for Managed Security Services, SOC solutions, and compliance services.
- Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring continuous value delivery.
- Client Success & Solution Selling: Act as the bridge between customers and the delivery team, ensuring a seamless experience from requirement gathering to project execution.
- Market Analysis & Sales Strategy: Analyze market trends, competition, and customer pain points to tailor security solutions that align with business objectives.
- Proposal & Negotiation Management: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, pre-sales activities, solution presentation, proposal drafting, closure, and contract negotiation.
- Collaboration with Technology & Delivery Teams: Work closely with technical teams to align security solutions with client needs and provide customized recommendations.
- Compliance & Regulatory Focus: Stay updated on industry compliance standards like SEBI, RBI, ISO 27001, and GDPR, ensuring solutions align with evolving regulations.
Job Requirements
• 6-10 years of experience in IT security sales, cybersecurity services, or managed security solutions.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies (SIEM, SOC, Endpoint Security, MDR, Threat Intelligence, Cloud Security, Compliance).
• Ability to sell security solutions to CISOs, CIOs, IT Heads, and enterprise decision-makers.
• Proven ability to meet revenue targets, drive sales growth, and close high-value deals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to present security solutions effectively.

• Experience in strategic sales and business development within IT security.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
