Job Description
DataVizz is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Pre-sales) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, analyze requirements, and assist in delivering effective tech-driven solutions, especially in the pre-sales stage.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Create proposals, solution documents, presentations, and wireframes as needed for pre-sales activities
- Collaborate with development and design teams to estimate timelines and resources
- Participate in client meetings, product demos, and requirement workshops
- Support project managers in maintaining documentation and requirement clarity
- Continuously improve processes to enhance customer experience and solution delivery
Job Requirements
• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a pre-sales or tech product environment
• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and project documentation
• Willingness to work from office and relocate to Ahmedabad if required
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with wireframing tools, CRM/ERP solutions, or software pre-sales lifecycle
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and documentation tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Technical background or prior experience in SaaS/startup ecosystem is a plus
