Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Associate Director to lead and manage strategic initiatives across our cybersecurity and risk management services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in information security, client and internal operations management, manpower planning, and business KPI tracking. This is a leadership role with high visibility and impact.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead key functions in information security and risk governance
- Manage client relationships and ensure service excellence
- Drive internal operations to improve efficiency and performance
- Develop and implement manpower planning strategies
- Monitor, analyze, and report on business KPIs
- Collaborate across departments to align goals and ensure timely execution
Job Requirements
• 12–15 years of experience in the information security industry
• Proven leadership in managing large teams and enterprise-level operations
• Expertise in client servicing, manpower planning, and strategic execution
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, GRC frameworks, and tools
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Candidates who can join within 30 days are preferred
• Professional certifications in cybersecurity, project management, or IT governance are a plus
