Job Description

JTC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant IT Manager to join our dynamic team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in IT server and infrastructure management, with a strong background in the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 services including Azure AD, Email, Teams, and more. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage IT operations effectively and contribute to the success of our IT department.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain IT server and infrastructure systems
  • Oversee the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 services
  • Ensure optimal performance of IT systems and applications
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members
  • Implement IT policies and procedures
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet IT needs and objectives
Job Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in IT server and infrastructure management
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services (Azure AD, Email, Teams, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate)
• Experience with other IT management tools and platforms
