Job Description

CyberPWN Technologies is seeking passionate professionals to join our Cyber-Transformation team as Archer Consultants in Bangalore. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to innovative cyber solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop solutions based on the Archer platform to meet technical requirements, utilizing methodologies such as SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) and Agile.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to capture and document customer requirements and map them to Archer solutions.
  • Create detailed designs based on Archer solutions that meet business requirements and constraints.
  • Configure modules within the RSA Archer platform, including layout, workflow, reporting, notifications, data integration, and access controls.
  • Migrate application packages within environments, prepare migration guides, and assist in release management.
  • Collaborate with the testing and business teams to prioritize defect resolution and provide regular updates.
  • Create and maintain high-level and low-level design documents with specific technical requirements and instructions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test scripts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user manuals.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions or end-user train-the-trainer training for customer representatives.
Job Requirements

• Experience with Archer 6x, with proficiency in developing custom solutions, applications, and questionnaires within the Archer IRM platform.
• Proficiency in Archer administration activities such as application builder, layout, data-driven events, calculations, notifications, data imports, data feeds, reports, and dashboards.
• Good knowledge of Archer IRM solutions such as Issues Management, Enterprise and Operational Risk Management, IT & Security Risk Management, Audit Management, and Regulatory and Corporate Compliance Management.
• Familiarity with GRC and information security standards and guidelines such as ISO 27001/2, NIST, and PCI DSS.
• Latest Archer certification is mandatory: Archer Administration I, Archer Administration II, RSA Archer Certified Associate, or RSA Archer Certified Professional.
• Good to have HTML/CSS and JavaScript for custom object development.
• Good to have Archer Infrastructure and Archer Control panel knowledge.
