Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth application security assessments
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing (VAPT)
- Identify, exploit, and report vulnerabilities in web and mobile applications
- Work closely with development and security teams to implement fixes
- Create detailed reports with remediation guidance
- Stay updated on the latest tools, techniques, and security trends
Job Requirements
• 2 to 9 years of experience in application security or VAPT
• Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10 and secure coding practices
• Experience with security tools such as Burp Suite, ZAP, and Metasploit
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as OSCP, CEH, GWAPT, or equivalent
• Experience in dynamic and static application testing
• Prior experience with SDLC and DevSecOps practices
• Exposure to cloud application security
