I aim to secure a challenging position as a Network Specialist/ Network Analyst/ Senior Network Engineer/ Cyber Security Engineer/ Cyber Security Specialist/ Network and Security Specialist (L2/L3) where I can effectively apply my previous experience to contribute to the company’s goals.

Education
Work & Experience
I started my career as a Network Engineer, working as a Field Engineer responsible for providing hands-on support for network issues to various clients, including banking, telecom, and non-telecom sectors. I was later promoted to Senior Network Engineer, where my responsibilities expanded to include ticket-based support, troubleshooting, implementation, providing remote assistance to vendors, and coordinating with the relevant TAC support teams
I am currently working as a GNOC (Global Network Operations Center) Engineer, responsible for managing the daily operations of tickets related to various network and security issues, including automated alerts and human-generated tickets, using the JIRA ticketing tool. Additionally, I have been involved in decommissioning the OPC Gen1 infrastructure devices and assisting with the migration to the OCI infrastructure under change management protocols.
