● Configuring routers and troubleshooting the network issues ● Monitor and maintaining the computer systems and Networks ● Troubleshooting the system and software issues by directly contacting with the client ● Staying updated with the runbook ● Immediately respond to the client issues and raise a technical ticket to the respective support team ● Doing multiple tasks such as responding to chat box, ticketing and keeping informed to the manager regarding any complex incidents.

● Expertise in SOC (Security Operations Centre) Operations methodology such as Incident Handling, Threat detection, Network traffic monitoring, real time security event handling, log analysis, identifying and classifying attempted compromises to networks through heuristics identification of suspect traffic. ● Monitoring, investigation and mitigation of security incidents in pre-defined SLA ● Documenting the analysis and sending summary report to the client ● Analysis of logs generated by appliances such as firewalls, email gateway servers, IDS and IPS ● Creating tickets on ServiceNow and assigning it to the respective team and following up until the closer ● Hands on experience on Cyber Kill chain, Incident management and Root cause analysis ● Investigate the malicious domains, Ips, and phishing emails using open-source tools ● Knowledge on creating of ArcSight content like correlation rules, filters, field sets, active channels and Dashboard ● Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports of 10 triggered use cases ● Conducting regular health check ups of critical devices and also actively involved in the Shift handovers ● Working among the various teams in order to improve the organisation security posture.
