Responsibilities: • Preparing test Scenarios, test cases and test data by referring the BRD and to understand the work flow of the system by referring to SRS • Complete ownership for various types of non-coding testing across multiple applications build with varied set of tools and technologies • Mentoring the team to understand the requirement and coordinating during execution • Participate in coordinating and communicating testing timelines, deliverables and other information to Managers • Designing, preparing and executing Test cases to validate application • Performing Functional testing, System testing, Re-testing, Regression testing, Smoke & Sanity Testing, SDLC, STLC and Defect life cycle • Assisting in Pre and Post production support activities as needed • Creating and Executing Test cases manage Bugs and report testing status to Project teams. Defect Reporting & Tracking • Retrieving data from database and ensuring the stability and performance • Designing and executing test cases from the Functional specifications • Writing & executing test cases, Smoke and Sanity, Regression and retesting, UAT • Performing load and stress testing by using Jmeter to check the performance of the application • Performing Get and Post http methods by using Postman tool to perform the API testing • Performing Accessibility Testing by using WAVE tool to check the application accessibility for disabled people • Understanding of security models and different types of reports & dashboards on Salesforce • Performing various types of security testing to protect the user data and security of application • Perform the risk analysis by using identify the risk, risk assessment, continuous monitoring, feedback loop, collaboration, backup planning.
