• Configuration of Infra firewall, switch, Load balanced,and other network devices based on SR ticket • Maintaining infra uptime of KSDC • Monitoring and proactive action taken based on bandwidth utilization. • All network and security device patch validation should be taken. • Worked on WAF security. • Preparing SOP and artifacts for ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 certification. • Maintaining SLA for all SR and Incident Tickets
