Sugandha was working with Deloitte as a Deputy Manager in Risk Advisory with a focus in IT audit and compliance, control assurance, and risk management across multiple industries such as Finance & Banking, Media & Technology, Telecom, Manufacturing Pharmaceutical, and Government organization. She has supervised and delivered projects related to Information Security and Controls, User access management, Sarbanes− Oxley (SOX), Third−party risk assessments, Risk Assessment, and Control evaluation and maturity assessments and gap analysis against ISO, NIST, and other standards. She has also defined KRI and KPIs for compliance monitoring framework basis the ISO standard & NIST framework. She also has experience in stakeholder management, project management, requirement gathering, policy design, defining road− map for policy and program changes. She has supervised, coached and lead a team for quality and timely deliverables while constantly monitoring the resources and time utilization.
