Manage Firewalls and Network Security appliances of a Data Centre’s Network Security team running 24/7 spread across the globe . Create VPNs, change and modify the policies according to the customer requirement. Troubleshoot live on call for VPN, access-lists, DNS, Load balancing techniques, VIPs, pools etc. Design & architect network security policies based on client’s infrastructure instance needs in our Data Centre. Daily working over multiple Firewalls ( ASA, Palo Alto, FTD) and Load Balancers (F5 LTM). Handle client’s requirements over calls and ticketing software like SNow and over company’s self developed ERP systems. Doing all of the above while maintaining excellent Customer Satisfaction by providing proactive approach towards solutions with regular follow ups and interactive troubleshooting with their technical team.
