Tech Live Connect is a BPO providing software and technical support. Provided solution to the end customers with desktop, routers, modems and Printers. Up-Selling of Anti-Viruses, computer cleaning, tuning and other optimization tools.
Provided Network & Security support to an organization named GAP Inc., USA. Managing company’s Data center around the globe by taking care of day-to-day administration role and requests from multiple users. Handled cases of VPN, user access to corporate LAN’s and evaluating existing security policies to optimize the rule base
Primary responsibility is to design, build and oversee the implementation of application , cloud , mobile and infrastructure security. Facilitate the stakeholders who are on- boarding any application or service from the architecture perspective. Looking at the security posture of the application and ensure they adhere to organization's policies. Identifying security gaps and presenting remediation steps in a cost effective method. Performing application security assessment, risk assessment and presenting the metrics like KPI and KRI are other important tasks which are involved in my current role.
