Remote Monitoring of Network & Client End Connectivity via various NMS Tools such as Flex master, Zone director Telnet etc. Access of Core Routers via telnet installed in operational cities to check the ping response of serving Access Point and client end device in order to determine drop in connectivity as well as speed related issues. Taking necessary action on complaints received from clients based on technical data available from Various NMS tools.

Work with various teams to understand Mega Path’s network architecture standards, user base, performance constraints and growth requirements. Perform troubleshooting of Cisco ASR: 901, 903, 9922, 9010 routers and troubleshooting of Juniper ACX 2200 router and IS-IS, BGP routing protocols. Perform troubleshooting of RAD ETX-203AX, RAD RT203,RAD ETX-2030AX, Techroute TN-S2510 ,Cisco 2960 access Switch and Cisco ASR901 aggregation switch which is used for small cell connectivity (OSC and ISC Sites) and WIFI access points. Perform troubleshooting of Cisco, Ruckus, Airtight indoor and outdoor Access points. Raising fault tickets according to troubleshooting results and Updating ticket with proper cause and closer code by Coordinating with IP, RF (LTE), Microwave, UBR,Transport, Fiber and Utility team. Troubleshooting of Routing Protocols IS-IS, BGP and operations, 4G LTE Network Rollout. Ticket escalation internally as well as externally wherever necessary in order to meet SLAs. Sharing timely and periodic status update on progress and action taken. Providing remote support to field engineers for troubleshooting in router and switch configuration etc. Monitor the CSS/AG1/AG2/AG3 (tools) related or interface service affecting alarms through TEMIP and NNMI portals. Monitor and resolve CSS/AG1/AG2/AG3node utility alarms (LOW SOC, Device Down, LOW SOH, Load on Battery and Node Down) through Everest and TEMIP portals. Monitor and resolve EnodeB and UDA ports alarms of CSS/AG1/AG2/AG3 sites through LSMR portal. Monitor and resolve intra and intercity Fiber cuts. Alarm simulation of P1, RP1, IP Colo, OSC and ISC sites on LSMR, NMMI, TEMIP portals.
