I worked on full-fledged live application wherein I did Functionality testing, Integration testing, UI Testing, Regression testing and apart from that I have also been working on generation of Invoices and payment reports. ✓ The Fyntracker is an application where there are several modules and stages from creation of a task till the completion of that task and generating invoice for it. We have users (Business head, Project Manager, Tech Lead, Broker Spoc, etc) for handling the task according to the role assigned. Testing across multiple platforms including web, iOS, and android. ✓ I did Functionality testing, Integration testing, UI Testing, Regression testing, Adhoc testing on agent’s portal. ✓ Track and manage agents Onboarding and conduct training and examination. ✓ Test case creation, Test planning, Test design, test case execution and testing across multiple platforms including web, iOS and android.

❖ Tools /Skills Used: Tools and Applications: Bug Assist (Bug Tracking tool), Accord, EAPP, ABU, BI Generator ✓ Working in Addition of Sub Channel and its Eapp Changes- ALT Logins ✓ This is done to Verify proposed changes in Genie to accommodate sub channel based quoted creation and Eapp screen changes also systematically capture detailed business requirements in the form of functional specifications, business rules and validations along with any assumptions, associated dependencies, and risks for developing the application in an efficient manner.

❖ Tools /Skills Used: Tools: Workfront, AMQF, Veeva vault, JIRA, Figma ✓ Testing on web pages and web application (Involved Content, Functional, Integration, system, layout, Cross browser testing, Regression testing) ✓ Understanding Test Requirements, Test scenarios, develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test reports. ✓ Create and execute manual test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications. ✓ Identify and report software defects and collaborate with the development team to resolve those issues. ✓ Represent the team in defect triage call with detailed analysis, document test results and provide feedback to the development team and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
