Worked as Trainee Analyst Responsible for handling calls, mails and chats, resolving the issue with Active directory, and performs basic trouble-shootings to the systems. Based on the issue will raise security incidents, Assigning the incident to the appropriate team for resolution, doing timely follow-ups on the pending incidents.

Performing Security incident monitoring, investigation, analyzing, and reporting the security alerts Checking the security alerts performing deep-dive investigation and reporting to the client with proper recommendations or mitigations. Creating new properties and events mappings for raw-log, Log phrasing, creating security dashboards of clients, writing queries to generate the report from the SIEM web console, According to the client requirement, i will be responsible for preparing the Security reports for clients on Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly. Basic Administration and trouble shootings, Installation of agents or collectors in the client environment with set of procedures and enable the log forwarding to the SIEM. Connecting with the client for collecting the requirements, and fix the queries, explaining the MIS reports to them, guiding them for basic trouble shootings in log-source reporting. Experience working on ServiceNow and Service Desk portal for ticketing process
