  tools like Monitoring real-time events using Splunk , Qradar
• Investigating and creating case for the security threats and
  forwarding it to Onsite SOC team for further investigation and
  action.
• Performing Log analysis & analyzing the crucial alerts at
  immediate basis.
• Having Good understanding on Cyber kill chain process.
• Having Good Understanding On Incident Response Process
• Knowledge of Phishing and Spam related mails
• Experience in Working on O365 ATP.
• Knowledge of Malware analysis and the types of Malware.
• Experience in Working on Microsoft Defender ATP.
• Experience on understanding of all security devices like Antivirus,
  Firewalls and IDS/IPS.
• Good Understanding on Web application attacks and their
  remediations.
• Reporting weekly / monthly dashboards to customer
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly report as per client
  requirement.
• Providing on call support for 24X7 support and weekend support
  on rotation basis.
