Monitoring the incoming events in Demo Live Active Channel & Connector status in the dashboards.  Analyzing the threats, Vulnerabilities of the channels being implemented.  Working in the Offshore SOC team. Monitoring of SOC events, detecting and preventing Intrusion attempts.  Collecting the logs of all the network devices and analyzing the logs to find suspicious activities.  Investigate the security logs, and mitigation strategies and be Responsible for preparing generic security incident reports.  Analyzing daily, weekly and monthly reports.  Experience in Monitoring & Investigating incoming Events in the McAfee DLP.  Providing reports based on client requirements from Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager.  Allowing and blocking URLs, bypassing IP addresses and other operations in Forcepoint proxy.  Resolving issues in content filtering by working with technical support teams.  Monitoring of SOC events, detecting and preventing Intrusion attempts.  Investigating the events based on particular criteria by creating an Active Channel.  Handling the failed login issues from the different systems.  Skilled in Security advisory and Anti-malware And Investigating security threats (DDOS, IP Spoofing, SQL injection) on the network (log Monitoring).  Handling different issues like Phishing, Spam, Scams, and Malicious email.  Generating the Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports from ArcSight, McAfee, IPS, and DLP.  Working on security-related threats and Incidents.  Generating & Sending Logs to ArcSight Customer Support based on requirements.  Monitoring the events in MacAfee DLP console & IPS.  Coordinates with all the teams to Mitigate/Remediate the issue.  24/7 rotating shift
