Ensuring that action is taken on the observations so reported and conducting follow-up audit d. Maintaining working papers, audit procedures, draft audit report, auditee reply, auditee feedback and final report as per ISO standards Scope: a. Systems Audit: Information Technology General Controls (ITGC), Application Controls, Application Development/Maintenance and Data Center b. Other Audits: Projects, Manufacturing units and Shared Service Centre II. Profile-Internal Financial Controls (IFC): a. Testing the Operating Effectiveness of Internal Controls across the organization b. Documenting the test steps followed for testing and the result of the testing c. Communicating the result of the testing to the respective unit head as well as the management for appropriate action d. Suggesting modifications to the controls e. Conducting Remediation testing once the identified gaps are remediated Areas covered: Inventory Management, Sales to Collection, Procurement to Payment, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Direct Taxation, Hire to Retire, Financial Reporting and Disclosure and Indirect Taxation Financial Years(FY) covered: 2015-16 and 2016-17

Profile: a. Passing necessary entries at the end of every month and every quarter closing b. Extracting Trial Balance from SAP and preparing Financial Statements every quarter c. Attending to the queries of the Statutory Auditors
