Research, design and develop information and communication system network architecture.  Steering analysis on unauthorized login attempts, DDOS and email spoofing attempts to gain insight about the attacker and exploiting characteristics to prevent future attack or incident by adding/modifying existing firewall rules/policy.  Building and managing vCenter Server, SRM and ESXi hosts along with Nederland’s team and making the capacity planning in VMWARE 6.0.  Provide consultancy and inputs to various clients’ projects for their IT infrastructure setup. Maintaining IT Governance with incident, change and problem management, database administration and infrastructure security.  Implementing and administering the security awareness training program for technology team and the general employee. Continuously updating contingency plan in order to restrict any security ruptures.

 Leading a 23 Engineerssupport team as a coordinator who are providing IT support in different multi-national organizations.  Administering& designing LANs, WANs internet/intranet, andvoice networks.  Setting up VLANS and configuring ISL trunk on Fast-Ethernet channel betweenswitches.  Configuring and maintaining different types of Data Backup & Recovery management Software (Symantec Backup Exec, Symantec DLO, CA Arc serve Backup, CAArc serve UDP etc.).  Monitoring and analyzing system problems that occur in the corporate network, identify and solve problems as rapidly as possible.  Constituting communication Server, setting up Security using PIX,which includes configuring AAA server.  Participating in a variety of IT projects intended to continually improve/upgrade the enterprise infrastructure.  Managing user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus, anti-spam, Exchange server 2010 and 2013.  Performing analysis of the Modems and Routers, Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 setup, configuring and managingAD-DC, IIS,DNS, File-server, Proxy, NAP,NLB, Failover Clustering, FSRM etc.  Configuringdifferent network StorageDevice (SAN,NAS), biometric attendancesystem,DVR, IP cameras etc.  Constructingnetwork system includingIP addressingand routing, connectivity,Telnet & FTP.  Performingtechnicalwriting dutiesin the development and productionof network system documents, instructionaland proceduralmanuals
