 Blackberry Configuration, Manage Enterprise Server.  E-mail ID configuration of the user on Blackberry handhelds devices (Activate, configure).  Troubleshooting Blackberry related Problems.  Deployment and configuration of virtual servers on VMware and Hyper-V.  Installation and troubleshooting of DHCP, DNS and IIS Servers.  Responsible for patching server in defined patch window via WSUS.  Alert Monitoring for Issues like Memory Utilization, CPU Utilization, and Disk Threshold.  Installing and removing software under defined ITIL Based Change Management.  Responsible for Server commission and decommission process.  Involved in ITIL based Incident Management and Problem Management.  Implementation of Squid Proxy Server, DHCP Server in Ubuntu (Linux Flavor) Server.  Participate in the development of IT security solutions, technical standards, processes, and procedures

 Implementation, configuration and deployment of PGP Universal Server and PGP Client Encryption in Religare Domain.  Synchronization of PGP Universal Server with the existing Active Directory structure, migration of users from Active Directory using LDAP.  Configuring FTP and SCP servers for daily backup of the PGP Universal Server data.  Migration and upgrade of PGP Universal Server, checking the database schema and the Gateway email flow post upgrade.  Deployment of PGP Desktop client using Active Directory group policy.  Troubleshooting user enrollment issues, configuring the Active Directory for successful user enrollment.  Case logging and troubleshooting with PGP support in case of any escalated issues in PGP.

 Managing IT Security and Compliance team for Deutsche Bank.  Work closely with key stakeholders regarding the design and implementation of new project and service requests to develop solutions which meet those requirements while ensuring that corporate information security objectives are maintained.  Develop and implement information security standards and processes to secure Bank’s environment.  Managed successful transition and go live for Security and Compliance platform.  Suggest appropriate technical security solutions for mitigating controls like DLP/ Endpoint Security/Deployment & Reporting.  Manage IT Audits and remediation plans.  Manage the IT Infrastructure Disaster Recovery programs and coordinate the program with the individual domain stakeholders.  Managing Symantec Endpoint Protection, Bitlocker, PGP, Guardian Edge, Bigfix Implementation and reporting.  Managing global remediation and live updates for more than 150 k clients globally.  Manage all new technology implementations / projects for IT Security or changes to reduce or eliminate any possibility of introducing new risks or vulnerabilities.  Governing the overall Compliance as per the bank guidelines for the IT Infrastructure.  Member of Change Advisory Board on behalf of DB Security Team.  Release management for deployment of endpoint security products globally.  Problem management and RCA for security incidents and virus outbreaks.  Governing patch management for monthly Adobe and Microsoft security & vulnerability patches.  Managing the IT Compliance & Audit for complete DB IT Infrastructure.
