I have one year of experience in a data center operations, and my role is to monitor both the network and servers through a monitoring tool (BMC Remedy ITSM). Troubleshoot and configure network devices, and provide network troubleshooting support through virtual mode for all of our Tamil Nadu customers. also responsible for server-related health checkups, storage utilization checkups, hardware replacement, and maintaining server downtime with SLA. Roles and responsibilities: • Monitoring overall server and network devices • Troubleshooting technical issues faced on network devices • Troubleshoot network devices remotely for all locations in Tamil Nadu. • configuring network devices remotely • Monitoring server usage and performance • server data backup management • Maintaining network performance • Active directory management helps customers give user rights and access management • Troubleshooting server hardware issues like power module replacement,hard disk replacement, and backup
