• Install, Configure & Troubleshoot of Cisco Router & switches. • Worked on IP protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF and BGP. • Troubleshooting L2 MPLS and L3 MPLS Circuits. • WAN Network Monitoring using monitoring tool such as Whats Up- Gold, Pacific proprietary NMS, MRTG & PRTG. • Troubleshooting and configuration of Cisco, Maipu, Huawei Routers and switches & Firepro, Airspan, Radwin Radio modems. • To co-ordinate with Telco's such as MTNL, TTML, Reliance, Spanco for maintaining and troubleshooting of internet and MPLS links. • Monitoring of POP, PE & CE routers. • Troubleshooting customer Latency, Browsing Problems, Bandwidth related issues. • Coordination with support team in case of fiber cut, router replacement etc.

• Hands-on experience on managing Juniper ScreenOS NS, SSG and ISG firewalls. • Configuring, testing and resolving Juniper ScreenOS firewall issues. • Configuring firewall rules, IP Natting, site to site VPN, OS upgrades as a part of day to day activities. • Implementing new change requests on firewalls as per customer’s request. • Capturing live logs on firewall by applying debug filter to analyze packet flow. • Raising TAC case with juniper in case of better understanding the issue. • Implementing new firewall on remote location with the help of support team. • Upgrading OS version as per supports request. • Configuring and troubleshooting High Availability using NSRP. • Hands-on experience on Bluecoat Proxy , live testing, capturing policy trace and packet capture, raising case with TAC & implementing proxy related changes.

• Perform quarterly/half yearly internal IT Audit activities on Networking devices and Servers. • To verify if the new devices are configured as per baseline standards. • To verify exception letters and risk id are submitted in case of non-compliance. • To test change management control and incident management control, as per organization policy and procedures. • To perform firewall rule set reviews Semi-annually. • Execute network devices audits for Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Proxies, Windows server, Linux server and Mail Gateway. • Perform user access review with respective IT manager on quarterly basis. • Plan and execute operational audits of Network, Security & Windows domain and follow-up to close non-conformities.

• Self-Assessment of cloud environment for PCI DSSv3.2 compliance, SAQ(D), for level 4 merchant. • Complete AOC post completion of self-assessment. • Coordinated with stakeholder to collect, review and upload evidences and conduct interviews with respective technical team. • Follow-up with respective technical tower team to raise exceptions & remediate the highlighted gaps. • Coordinated with team members and recommended continuous improvement on processes. • Implemented HITRUST standards to comply with HIPPA law for health care covered entities and business associates. • Use MyCSF tool to upload and download HITRUST CSF certification requirements. • Performed and documented all tests as per professional standards (PCI HITRUST & HIPPA). • Updated organizations policies and procedures to comply with standards as a part annual review. • Carrying phishing activity using in house Phispro Tool, analyze the results and train employees as a part of awareness activity.
