UFT Pvt Ltd recruited to work for Wipro on Corning Project at Wipro site. ü Handling a team of 20 responsible in ensuring and supporting day-to-day functioning of security operations while adhering to best practises. ü Implement, troubleshoot, and upgrade of Panorama and Palo Alto Firewalls. ü Responsible and carried out N-1/Firmware upgrade and patch management on ASA, ACS, IPS, WSA and Symantec VIP. ü Identify, evaluate risk register/landmine devices and action plan to mitigate risk. ü Planning and carrying out remedial works in the Data Centre on various Security devices. ü Carried out controls effective testing on the perimeter devices and remediated/standardize the Configs across. ü Identified opportunities to automate reoccurring tasks and reduced manual work by 50 hrs/week. ü Identified and categorise operational work versus potential new projects [SOW or WBH] as per the contract. ü Responsible in driving through regular client connect meetings, addressing escalations and working thru improvement areas. ü Perform trend analysis, identify top reoccurring issues and reduce auto-generated or false positive alerts. ü Work on MI and escalations. Reviewing RCA, taking corrective and preventive actions. ü Working with Cyber Security team in reviewing and approving critical changes. ü Implementing Palo Alto mine meld that aggregates threat intelligence feeds.
