Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive L2 SOC Analyst to join our growing cybersecurity team. This role involves deeper analysis of security events, advanced threat detection, and active participation in incident response. If you’re ready to level up in cybersecurity, this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts using SIEM tools
- Analyze incidents escalated from L1 and provide actionable insights
- Perform in-depth log analysis, root cause investigations, and threat hunting
- Collaborate on security incident response and forensic investigations
- Manage security tools and technologies (EDR, Firewalls, Email Security, VM)
- Stay current with threat intelligence feeds and vulnerability reports
Job Requirements
• Hands-on experience with SIEM tools like Splunk, ArcSight, QRadar, Securonix, or LogRhythm
• Knowledge of system/app vulnerabilities (e.g., buffer overflow, XSS, SQLi)
• Experience with device management (EDR, firewall, vulnerability scanners, email security)
• Familiarity with incident response and digital forensic practices
• Strong documentation and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as CCNA, CEH, CSA (Certified SOC Analyst), or vendor-specific platform certifications
• Experience in security monitoring, threat detection, and root cause analysis
• Readiness to join within a month
