SOC Engineer – Remote (India / Nepal) – 3 to 9 Years Experience
Job Description
StickmanCyber is rapidly expanding and seeking passionate, skilled cybersecurity professionals to join our elite team. We are currently hiring a SOC Engineer who can join immediately or within 15 days. If you’re experienced in security engineering and automation, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain Security Operations Center (SOC) infrastructure
- Automate detection, response, and reporting processes
- Work closely with incident responders and analysts to enhance SOC capabilities
- Monitor security systems and perform tuning for performance and accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams on security architecture improvements
Job Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in security engineering or automation roles
• Proficient in building and maintaining SOC infrastructure
• Strong understanding of SIEM, SOAR, and threat detection tools
• Experience in scripting and automation for SOC operations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
• Certifications like CompTIA Security+, GIAC, or equivalent are a plus
