Red Team Operator – Mumbai – 2 to 7 Years Experience
Job Description
SecureLayer7 is hiring a passionate and skilled Red Team Operator to join our growing offensive security team. If you thrive on simulating real-world threats and breaching secure environments using advanced techniques, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Execute Red Team engagements simulating real-world attacks
- Perform advanced Active Directory attacks and lateral movement
- Create and customize offensive security tools and payloads
- Evade Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess and improve defenses
- Document findings and prepare detailed technical reports
Job Requirements
• At least 2 years of hands-on Red Team experience
• Proficient in EDR evasion techniques
• Strong understanding of Active Directory exploitation
• Skilled in scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.) and tool development
• Familiarity with offensive security frameworks and methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
• Exposure to the MITRE ATT&CK framework
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CRTO, or CRTP are a plus
