Job Description

We are looking to hire a proactive and skilled SailPoint IdentityNow Implementation Assistant Manager to join our team. This role requires hands-on experience in SailPoint implementation and managing identity governance solutions to enhance access control and security.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead application onboarding and role-based access control (RBAC) implementations
  • Manage policy configurations and Identity Governance workflows
  • Customize and integrate using Java, BeanShell, REST APIs, and SQL
  • Implement and troubleshoot authentication protocols such as SAML and OAuth
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide technical problem-solving
Job Requirements

• 2-6 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint implementation
• Strong understanding of application onboarding and RBAC
• Experience with policy management and identity governance workflows
• Proficient in Java, BeanShell, REST APIs, and SQL customizations
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, and authentication protocols
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an assistant managerial role on Identity Management projects
• IAM or SailPoint related certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
