Job Requirements
• 1–8 years of experience in IT monitoring or a related role
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work in a shift-based support model
Preferred Qualifications
• Understanding of ITIL processes
• Hands-on experience with tools like Zabbix, Nagios, SolarWinds, or similar
• Certifications such as ITIL Foundation or relevant infrastructure certifications
