Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Security to join our team. This pivotal role requires a forward-thinking leader with a deep understanding of cybersecurity practices, risk management, and organizational resilience. You will be responsible for overseeing all security operations and initiatives, ensuring the integrity and safety of our digital and physical infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of security strategies, policies, and procedures
- Monitor and assess security risks, ensuring proactive mitigation
- Oversee incident response and crisis management planning
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align security goals with business objectives

Job Requirements
• Proven experience in a senior security role, preferably at an executive level
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and governance
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and security operations at scale

• Advanced degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field
