We are looking for a Junior Security Analyst to join our cybersecurity team at Lumiverse Solutions. As a Junior Security Analyst, you’ll be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of security strategies to protect our systems, networks, and data.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct vulnerability assessments using tools like Nessus and Burp Suite
- Assist with the identification and remediation of security vulnerabilities
- Monitor and analyze network traffic for suspicious activity
- Implement and follow security protocols to ensure data integrity
- Assist with maintaining and updating security documentation
Job Requirements
• 1 to 2 years of experience in cybersecurity
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (B.Tech) or MCA
• Strong knowledge of Networking Fundamentals and the OSI Model
• Familiarity with the OWASP Top 10
• Hands-on experience with security tools such as Nessus, Burp Suite, and others
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in learning
Preferred Qualifications
• Any cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CEH, CompTIA Security+) would be a plus
• Familiarity with basic scripting languages (Python, Bash) is a bonus
