Job Description
ATG – The Human Intelligence is looking for a visionary Director of Cyber Security to lead the development and execution of security strategies to protect the organization’s digital infrastructure. As a Director of Cyber Security, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of robust cybersecurity programs to safeguard against evolving threats, ensuring data privacy, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of cyber security strategies across the organization
- Ensure the security of all information systems, networks, and data
- Manage a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance and support
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability management to identify and mitigate potential security threats
- Oversee incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
- Stay updated on the latest cyber threats and industry trends to continuously improve security measures
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate security practices into organizational processes
- Report to senior leadership on cybersecurity status, incidents, and improvements
Job Requirements
• Proven experience in a senior cybersecurity role with leadership responsibilities
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance
• Experience with network security, cloud security, and endpoint protection
• Strong understanding of incident response and disaster recovery strategies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
• Experience in threat intelligence and advanced security technologies
