Job Description
ATG – The Human Intelligence is looking for an experienced Director of IT to lead the strategic direction of our IT infrastructure and systems. This senior leadership role requires a strong, visionary leader who will guide our IT team, streamline operations, and ensure that our technology solutions align with the organization’s long-term business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and systems
- Develop and implement IT strategies in alignment with organizational goals
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance optimization
- Lead IT initiatives, including cloud migrations, digital transformation, and network upgrades
- Manage IT team performance, mentoring, and skill development
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions
- Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards
- Lead budget planning and cost optimization efforts for IT operations
Job Requirements
• Proven experience in IT leadership roles, with significant experience in managing IT infrastructure and teams
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, networking, and IT security protocols
• Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
• Hands-on experience with IT governance, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Industry certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, or similar
• Experience with large-scale IT transformations and project management
